Triviathlon · Last updated: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Foundry7 (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Triviathlon mobile application and related online services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account information. If you sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password, we receive identifiers and, when provided by the provider, your email address and display name. You may also set a public display name and optional profile photo shown on leaderboards.

Gameplay data. We store progress such as lives, category completion, quiz statistics, achievements, daily challenge status, and team battle participation so your account can sync across devices.

User submissions. If you suggest a trivia question, we store the text you submit for review.

Device and usage data. We use Firebase Analytics to collect basic app usage events (for example, when you open certain screens). Advertising partners may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data as described below.

2. How we use information

3. Advertising and tracking

Triviathlon shows ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your region and choices, we may request permission to use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized ads. You can change ad tracking permission in iOS Settings at any time. We also use Google’s User Messaging Platform to collect consent where required by law (for example, in the EEA/UK).

Ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies on their own networks. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google processes ad data.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

Leaderboard display names, scores, and optional avatars are visible to other players.

5. Data retention

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. If you delete your account in the app, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain information for legal obligations or dispute resolution.

6. Your choices

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us personal information.

8. International transfers

We may process information on servers located outside your country. We take steps designed to protect your information consistent with this policy and applicable law.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
