These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Triviathlon mobile application and related services provided by Foundry7 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Triviathlon is a trivia game that includes category quizzes, daily challenges, team battles, leaderboards, optional ads, and the ability to suggest new questions. Features may change over time.
You must sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password to use the Service. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. You must provide accurate information and choose an appropriate display name. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you submit question suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and publish that content in the Service. We may accept, reject, or edit submissions at our discretion. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Lives, scores, achievements, and other in-game elements have no real-world monetary value and are not transferable. We may adjust game balance, reset seasonal content, or modify features at any time.
The Service may display third-party advertisements. Your interaction with ads is subject to the advertiser’s terms and privacy practices. Ad availability may vary by region and app version.
The Service, including software, design, branding, and curated question content, is owned by Foundry7 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TRIVIA CONTENT IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT; WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY OF EVERY QUESTION OR ANSWER.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDRY7 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS (TYPICALLY ZERO) OR (B) USD $50.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account in the Profile tab. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
